Jorge Sanchez is a physical therapist that graduated from the University of Illinois College of Health and Human Development Sciences in Chicago in 1990. He has worked in a variety of clinical settings, but for the past 12 years his clients have mainly been an adult population 50 years or older. Throughout his career he has developed a keen interest in enhancing quality of life for our aging population via a holistic and compassionate approach emphasizing nutrition, hydration, physical and mental exercise, and spiritual connection. Becoming a credible conduit and resource for information where one can trust its source is a primary objective of this site.
